What if someone leaves and we have a device to return?

We arrange collection and handle the wipe and decommission. The subscription for that device ends at the next billing period. If a replacement is needed for a new hire, we can usually have a pre-configured device ready within 48 hours.

Do employees know it's a leased device?

From the employee's perspective, it's simply their work laptop. There's no branding or messaging on the device indicating it's a subscription. It arrives looking and working like any other company-issued machine.
